I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but very comfortable, even though there was some street noise. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly Tom at the reception desk. The location was excellent for exploring Shrewsbury, but the dining options left something to be desired.

The service was friendly overall, but some improvements in attitude towards guests were needed.
