I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but very comfortable, even though there was some street noise. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly Tom at the reception desk. The location was excellent for exploring Shrewsbury, but the dining options left something to be desired.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms felt cold and clinical with plain walls and furnishings but being on the second floor overlooking the river was a nice touch. The service was friendly overall, but some improvements in attitude towards guests were needed. The location was central and convenient for exploring Shewsbury, although parking was a bit limited at times. The dining made my stay enjoyable, but the early breakfast time was a drawback.
